Minecraft server hosting in the UKUnion Jack

Your server runs on our own machines in the United Kingdom, so it's close to you and your friends. Start with a free server, move up when you need more, and pay in pounds with no VAT added.

Why a UK server?

Less lag

Every action travels to the server and back. The closer it is, the quicker blocks break, doors open and mobs react. A UK server is close to players across the UK and nearby Europe.

Your world stays here

Your server, world and files are kept on our machines in the UK, under UK data protection law. More about our UK hosting.

Simple UK pricing

Prices are in pounds and are what you pay: we're not VAT registered, so nothing is added at checkout, and there's no setup fee.

People you can reach

The person who answers your email runs the machines, during UK hours.

What to check before you pick a host

  1. Enough RAM for your group. Vanilla or Paper with a few friends is happy on 2 GB; plugins and bigger groups like 4 GB; modpacks usually want 4-8 GB.
  2. Where the server really is. "UK" sometimes only means a UK company. Ask where the machines are, or check the ping once you've joined.
  3. Backups you control. You should be able to back up and restore your world yourself, in one click.
  4. Bedrock support if friends play on phones or consoles. Ours is set up automatically on Paper and Spigot.
  5. Mods and modpacks without uploading files by hand. Pick from popular modpacks or search Modrinth from the panel.
  6. Easy cancelling. No contracts, cancel online, and keep the time you've paid for.

UK Minecraft hosting questions

Where are your Minecraft servers?

In the United Kingdom, on machines we own and run ourselves. Players connect through our relay, and the server itself, your world and your files stay in the UK.

Why does UK hosting matter?

Distance adds lag. A server in the UK is close to players in the UK and nearby Europe, so blocks break and mobs react without the delay you get from a server on another continent.

How much does a UK Minecraft server cost?

Nothing to start: every account gets one Free server. Paid plans start at £3.00 a month for 2 GB of RAM, with no VAT added and no setup fee. Cancel any time.

Do I need to know how to run a server?

No. You pick a name and software, and the panel handles the rest: start and stop, plugins and mods from Modrinth, whole modpacks, backups, the console and a file browser.

Can friends on Bedrock join?

Yes, on Paper and Spigot servers. Geyser is set up for you, so phones, consoles and Windows players join too.
