How to use your own domain

Point a domain you own, like play.yourdomain.com, at your RKing Industries Minecraft server.

Every server gets a free address ending in .play.rkingindustries.com. On paid plans you can use your own domain instead.

  1. At the company you bought your domain from, add an A record for the name you want (for example play) pointing to 178.105.55.222. A CNAME works too, as long as it ends up at that IP.
  2. Wait for it to update. This usually takes a few minutes, occasionally longer.
  3. When you create a paid server, choose Your own domain, type it in and press Check DNS now.

Players then join with your domain on Java, and your domain plus the Bedrock port on Bedrock.
