RKING_INDUSTRIES

How to join your server on Java and Bedrock

Connect to your RKing Industries Minecraft server from Java Edition on PC, or Bedrock on phones, tablets and Windows.

Every server has one address that works for both editions. You'll find it at the top of your server's panel, on the Overview tab, under How players join.

Java Edition (PC, Mac, Linux)

  1. Open Minecraft and choose Multiplayer, then Add Server.
  2. Type your address, for example yourname.play.rkingindustries.com. You don't need a port.
  3. Press Done, then double-click the server to join.

Bedrock Edition (phones, tablets, Windows)

Bedrock players can join Paper and Spigot servers. Vanilla, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge servers are Java only.

  1. Open Minecraft and go to Play, then the Servers tab, then Add Server.
  2. Enter the same address, and the Bedrock port shown in your panel (a number like 31000) as the port.
  3. Save and join. Bedrock players don't need a Java account.

Xbox, PlayStation and Switch only let you join a few featured servers by default, so console players need a workaround such as BedrockConnect to reach custom servers.

Can't connect?

  • Check the badge at the top of the panel says Online. Servers take a minute or two to start.
  • Free servers go to sleep when nobody has been on for a while. Press Start to wake yours up.
  • Make sure the game version matches the server's version, shown on the Overview tab. Paper and Spigot servers with ViaVersion also let newer clients join.
